Project NightLife

Final details have been released regarding Project NightLife to be held next Tuesday 19 April.

The students will be required to be at school no later that 8.20am. They will attend each of the venues.

The students will be informed of their groups on Tuesday morning.

Whilst students will be working in a simulated scenario they may see confronting real life pictures of trauma patients and the simulated use of medical appliances.

An adequate breakfast is also highly recommended due to the activities students will participate in and the overall length of the day. Food will be provided for meal breaks however the timing of breaks may vary.

Students are to adhere to the following expectations:
Students will be required to wear the day school uniform.
Students will be expected to show respect and comply with all directions of facilitators, police and supervising teaching staff.
Students will be expected to adhere to road rules and behave appropriately as a passenger and as a pedestrian between venues.
As mobile phones interfere with medical equipment it is strongly advise against them being taken on the excursion however if in your possession they will need to be turned off.
Some topics may be confronting. Students will need to respect the reactions of others and if affected themselves are to approach an accompanying teacher/adult.
